Therapeutic Relationship

• Contacting Dan through this website (via email, phone, or contact form) does not in itself create a therapist–client relationship.

• A therapeutic relationship begins only after both parties agree to work together and required intake paperwork has been completed.

Fees & Payment

• Session rates are listed under the Fees & Payment section and are subject to change.

• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.

• Receipts for out-of-network reimbursement can be provided upon request.

• Email and online contact forms are not guaranteed to be fully secure. Please limit personal or sensitive details when reaching out through the website.

• All therapy sessions follow HIPAA guidelines to protect client confidentiality.
