Talk therapy provides a safe, supportive space to explore what’s weighing you down and discover new ways forward. Dan is known for his ability to build genuine rapport, meeting clients with warmth, honesty, and zero judgment, so you feel safe enough to do the real work of change.

Two of the main approaches Dan uses are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

  • CBT is one of the most widely researched therapies and has been shown to significantly reduce symptoms of depression, anxiety, and trauma by helping people identify and change unhelpful thought patterns (Hofmann et et al., 2012).

  • SFBT is a highly practical, evidence-based approach that emphasizes strengths and resources, guiding clients to envision their preferred future and take small, meaningful steps toward it (Kim, 2008).
